Re:MAI-Cyber-1-Flash inside MDASH on Monday July 27, 2026 @02:30PM (#49073747)
Ignoring my first immediate knee-jerk reaction to the blog and taking it at face value - I do tend to agree with Alex Karp on data becoming the moat for enterprises. Hyperscalers and the like are not different - it makes 0 sense to make swaths of business’s alpha available to potential future competitors. Even if MS and OAI are “friends”. Balkanization of cyber seems inevitable.
Experts as in AI-2027, Jenson “I think we’ve achieved AGI in March 2026” Huang, or that AI Researcher(tm) calling to pre-emptively bomb Microsoft data centers in summer 2022?
I am looking forward to a bunch of investigative documentaries exploring “How the cult of Omnissiah infected every single Doomsayer CEO of an AI company in Delusional 20s” (or whatever monicker our times will have got in the future).

Hassabis is a genius. He is way, way smarter than me and I’m sure the majority of techies, but please get real. This is Prophets of Doom of our generation.

Sadly, this is the reality.

Here is a youtube video he did on it: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=B965f8AcNbw

The whole channel is top quality if you want to ruminate on other civilisations that came and went.

Are there any frameworks/scaffolding/harnesses or general resources on this you can share? I’d love to learn more

If only someone would suggest a tool they’ve built just for this purpose
Re:What if users start cloning SaaS using AI on Wednesday July 08, 2026 @07:05PM (#48838555)
You are absolutely right!

Why don’t you give it a go?

What do mere nurses know about agentic workflows? Anyhow, here’s a prompt I use to self diagn..
A string is a stretch, let’s not get wild here. If you include references to the most successful implementation of communism and all that it entailed to the masses, then, sure.
Re:The Second Derivative: Why No One Understands the AI Boom on Wednesday July 08, 2026 @06:14PM (#48838097)
I dream of a world where I can just read a prompt behind some slopicle and cut the middleman entirely.

> The bulls and I do not disagree about AI. We disagree about which derivative the structure is written on. They are watching the level. I am watching its acceleration. That is not a difference about technology. It is a difference about arithmetic - and arithmetic, eventually, does not take opinions.

Regardless, 2nd order (and higher) derivatives are nothing new in finance and are a part of any decent university’s curriculum. Corporate debt is not an options contract. Using Gamma risk to explain AI bubble mechanics is a poor fit.

A sus posting history, grammar peppered with typical machine translated russisms, and an occasional ‘russia good’ slip does.
Re:We're Living Through the AI Utopia and Can't See It on Tuesday July 07, 2026 @06:16AM (#48815779)
Da, comrade, the utopia will be achieved whether the unwashed masses want it or not.
Replicating handwriting recognition that has been around for 20+ years and arguably doing a worse job at it is a low bar for “magic”
Likely. Some type of an openclaw script that auto-submits pieces polished by an LLM OBO the user
