Re:Wanted: QR code based inventory tool on Tuesday September 02, 2014 @02:18PM (#8259201)
I see all kinds of posts asking how to make extra money, did I not explain what I needed? Or is this not appropriate here?

Wanted: QR code based inventory tool

I have a business that has 5000 unique items that go in and out of inventory each month. Each item is already laser etched with a QR code that is encoded with a unique serial number. I'd like to find a cloud based app inventory tool to track when items go out and come back in.Any suggestions or does someone want to build this iOS app?The initial scan would have to import the serial numbers....

In regards to the Sparrow going on sale before being sold:

Maybe with every app ever bought there is a risk that the company goes under, therefore no more updates, and you've lost your money... but in this case, it's simply leaving a sour taste for a lot of people. Add me to this list.

I don't have my own children yet, but hope to some day. Thanks for the story and a lesson on good parenting.

Nice to read such stories in today's world of doom and gloom.

Either your page is down OR your spike in followers just crashed them...

Either way, good work!

I forwarded this to my mother, who is a retired teacher. She was lauded for her teaching abilities and always had top scores on her evaluations. They even tried to get her to stay upon reaching the required years to retire, but health / back issues forced her to retire.

I thought this would be great for some post-retirement income. She has years of experience, so possibly, the planning part would come easy to her AND the side benefit of not actually having to TEACH the little stink-pots...

Just when I'm getting the hang of my polyphasic sleep schedule, I find out about Dreamwater... Anyone actually try this yet?

Totally agree, I kept my beta UO account up this whole time but the last DEV regime really lost a lot of players.. new producer seems to have priorities right. We will see. Create a better sandbox game and we'll see another game last 15 years.
