Re:Ask HN: What are you working on? (July 2025) on Tuesday July 29, 2025 @02:44AM (#44719877)
mosquito generally bite you on your legs , say when you are sitting in a chair...the area under the chair is a pretty complex space to navigate for a flying bot
Re:Ask HN: What are you working on? (July 2025) on Monday July 28, 2025 @09:24AM (#44710663)
No to discourage you ,but how do you handle a real world cluttered room where mosquito's will be able to shelter in the clutter, under table, drawers etc.

Having been in US for a while and having coming back now I can definitely confirm that quality of fresh produce in US very bad compared to India, If you have only grown up on a meat based and processed foods diet you may not be able to relate. We generally consume a lot of fresh produce as compared to the western world, don't always believe in biased articles.
Thankfully this does not apply for India

Re:How to Understand and Use Common Lisp on Monday May 15, 2023 @08:14AM (#35946993)
I think Clojure syntax is more intuitive than CL , at least to someone who has not spend a lot of time in CL One e.g. I can see for "destructuring"

(let [ [a b c] [1 2 3]] (+ a b c))

as opposed to

(multiple-value-bind (a b c) (values 2 3 5) (+ a b c))

Adani group made the Pure Silicon ingot for the first time in India, those who know the significance of this will understand why this report was released

Re:Companies are hacking their way around the chip shortage on Tuesday September 13, 2022 @08:38AM (#32823488)
companies using chips from washing machines looks fishy / fake to me, wont they have some kind of security so those chips cant be re flashed, very naive to think that we can de solder and re flash the chip as if its brand new.

Re:Common Lisp vs Racket on Monday September 05, 2022 @09:34AM (#32724130)
I think I would be better to compare CL with Clojure rather than Racket...since Clojure has found some usage outside academia
Re:Ask HN: What Is the Lisp “Enlightment”? on Monday August 08, 2022 @08:20AM (#32384605)
Lisp/Clojure allows you to solve/think about problems at a higher level, do a hacker rank puzzle in java/C++ and then do the same using clojure.
