This Google Sheet curates all Udemy courses that are currently available for free. The sheet is updated every few hours, and it internally uses the Udemy API with Google Scripts to scan the Udemy database for free courses in the dev category.

Unlike Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides doesn't offer a native option to save presentations as videos.

Creator Studio adds new export capabilities to your Google Slides and you'll be able to download your decks as animated GIFs, image sequences and HD video (with audio).

My headless Chrome app is currently running on GAE Flex. It requires a few extra packages like fonts-liberation and fonts-indic. Does GAE standard allow that?

Re:Show HN: Dictation – Type with Voice Commands on Thursday January 11, 2018 @09:59AM (#16124223)
Dictation, available at https://dictation.io, lets you type with your voice in all popular languages. There are no apps to install and all you need is Google Chrome and a microphone.

Dictation uses the web speech API to magically transcribe your spoken voice in real time. It recognizes voice commands, like New Paragraph or Go to Sleep or Insert Happy Face, to help you do more without the keyboard.

All your transcribed text is stored in the local browser and it auto-saves everything in the cache.

That is likely the next step. Addon take more time for approval.

Unfortunately, that's how the Google File picker works. It needs permission to read files from Google Drive even if you are looking for a specific Mime Type (Google Slides in this case)
