I realized about a year ago, that I’d picked up a trait from my mother, wherein I would not be present in conversations. Instead, I’d be trying to find a way to agree/disagree with the person about a point, and then direct the conversation towards being about MY experience of said thing.

Forget ‘new year, new me’. Focus on gradual, sustainable improvement and drop the ‘all-or-nothing’ thinking

Before that, you need to know what I mean by productive. I believe going to the gym is productive also believe studying a different language that can be helpful for me in the future is productive. It’s just about what I put on my calendar and need to get done for the day.

Newsletter for movie recommendations

As I frequently discuss movies on my Instagram, many people began asking me for recommendations. They were happy with my suggestions and even passed them along to their friends.

Realizing that people appreciated my movie expertise, I began writing about films on my blog. Eventually, I started a newsletter to share recommendations with larger groups of weekend movie watchers.

My newsletter and podcast aim to assist my audience in discovering the finest movies spanning across all 10 genres. Each week, they will receive an email that features a selection of 7 distinct movies or TV shows that they can indulge in over the weekend, ranging from horror, rom-com, action, and beyond.
