I've been working for 3 years as a front-end developer and somehow have managed to pick up all of those skills minus the join (just started learning SQL last week). Maybe your pool of samples is tainted. Where do most of your applicants come from?

My first attempt at imagining a solution was to do a very broad search using "outdoor weatherproof camera 1200 lines resolution" (broad in comparison to your requirements). I had fantasized that maybe, if I were able to pipe those results to another query... But "outdoor weatherproof camera 1200 lines resolution" wasn't an effective search even by itself
(disclaimer: I know little about security cameras)

That sounds like it could work real well with a google finance type interface. A line graph showing a timeline of how much buzz the URL got, with links to the sampled data.
Perfect, lets build it.
