if you say "less humans", surely you mean "less ultra-rich humans", right? because poorer humans usually account for the minority of all the pollution.
I remember seeing these CD displays at every corner, from malls to small kiosks. They were everywhere. And so, kids grabbed them and played frisbee with them right on the streets. So, these CDs were lying all over the ground. In every street, at bus stops, playgrounds. Everywhere.
Are you me? This was my exact experience back in the early 2000s when AOL expanded to Germany.
Was totally underwhelmed an wondered why everyone seems to like this.
Then I noticed that it doesn't work well on Firefox and is performing better on Chrome. Well done!
Are you trolling? Where in France are you allowed to go 250km/h?
At least if your car is registered in a European Union country, you will still get a ticket. It takes some days, but eventually it will appear in your mailbox at home.
You could get away with simply not paying, as collection would be too much of a hassle. But they'll note your plates and the next time you're back into Norway and your plate gets scanned, they might visit you right on the spot to collect your debts.
I like the idea of adding SINGME files to my repos from now on
How long until they try to sue his ass?
The whole story sounds so damn stupid, I can't believe no one in the whole production process stood up and said "Wait, shouldn't we make our own keys for encryption?". There must be a deeper meaning in all this. Honestly, how can they be so stupid?
There's a saying at my workplace that goes like
> Something with wood
It's a short, dumbed-down version of "screw it, I'd rather do something with wood instead" and every dev recites it every once in a while when they encounter strange bugs or other annoyances.
This is doing exactly what I'm currently doing locally with a spreadsheet - just better and polished. Great work!

PHP uses a garbage collector since version 5.3 that was released around 2009/2010.
> Except that they're not limited to web applications
With PHP, you're not limited to web apps as well. The same rapid-fire style development can be applied when building CLI applications.
They should have thought about that before acquiring Texaco's liabilities. And I bet they have - you can bet this refusal was calculated into the acquisition.
> You did not test it? Apologize.
Not on every case. I once had a customer who literally removed the "Testing" part of my offer because it seemed to expensive to him.
As testing often takes a considerable amount of time I do list it explicitly in an offer and don't "hide" it in the numbers for the other tasks.
