I manage a team of 4 developers and we got a new team member joining our team (internal transfer). Within a week of joining the team , he started playing devil's advocate role and being negative with the team. So my question is how to make him understand our culture and gel with the team?

Issue trackers are something every development team needs,we use pivotal tracker but the experience is not good and looking for simple intuitive solution.What you guys are using to track issues for your project / API / UI etc ?

Yes I totally agree that its not as easy as residents , but in IT there are lot of opportunities.

DCU -Digital Federal credit union , its a bank which will offer credit card without deposits.

Its not true , its legal & easy to switch jobs in H1B if you find right opportunity .

Instead of going for secure credit card with cash deposit in the initial stage, you can get credit card without deposit in some of the banks like DCU and other credit unions. This will help to build your credit score.
