There are statistically proven negative points in being not very attractive in general. Beautiful people have (significantly) higher chance to become successful in their job and/or businesses.

But what is performance per buck?

And there you have Ron Gilbert asking Disney to sell him Monkey Island IP back, to proceed with a sequel:

>Dear @Disney, now that you're not making games, please sell me my Monkey Island and Mansion Mansion IP. I'll pay real actual money for them.

The software has been written by Bosch by Audi’s request. Bosch have even put a disclaimer that it might be illegal using it out of testing lab.
So the disassembling confirms that ECU is just not feeding the exhaust with AdBlue/Urea. So what is the advantage for VW in all this?! It does not make your car more powerful, it makes it less eco-friendly, you are just saving money on AdBlue/Urea.

They could easily reverse it back, the power will be the same, pollution levels will be okay, only AdBlue/Urea consumption will increase.

There is a hack to make PowerShell print vt100 colours http://www.nivot.org/blog/post/2016/02/04/Windows-10-TH2-%28...

Doesn’t work for me, but works for others it seems.

For PowerShell: (Invoke-WebRequest wttr.in/Brussels).AllElements | ?{$_.tagname -eq "pre"} | Select-Object -ExpandProperty outerText
Re:Is France's AZERTY keyboard heading for the scrapheap? on Friday January 22, 2016 @02:58AM (#10951393)
But you can go to Netherlands to buy one.

Luckily the company I work for provides QWERTY and AZERTY laptops to its employees.

In the default US International Çç is AltGr + ,

Also if you are on Windows you can use Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) which is a free tool to develop keyboard layouts.

Ask HN: Can we design something better than unicode?

The scope of unicode is really ill-defined, in my opinion. It want’s to be backward compatible (bell ring, PRN etc), but at the same time support as many writing systems as possible, including historical ones, and invented ones (e.g. emoji). Can we do better?
