Oxide is so cool, I just wish the hiring process was a little less crazy. I spent such an incredible amount of time on my application just to not hear anything for months until I got the rejection.

I did my PhD on inverse design of electromagnetic structures. I really hate that we're calling this AI when there isn't any training, really.
