This is neat! There's definitely a missing formal, human layer sitting above code. Two thoughts come to mind:

1. For applications with a database, the database schema for core models strikes me as the canonical definition, except it's missing descriptions. 2. It feels like this is only a partial solution. Why not go all the way? It seems to me that more aspects of code needs this level of governance than just data models.

Looks great! Congratulations on the launch, guys!

The MCP server that delivers the authenticated context also has write endpoints to keep context up-to-date via agents!

That would be rad!

ChatGPT Apps launched last week and developers need a way to decouple platform-specific app UIs (MCP Resources) from MCP servers.

Introducing the sunpeak Resource Repository - a place for developers to store ChatGPT App builds and access them at runtime, for free.

Curious if anybody else has been playing with the OpenAI Apps SDK and if there are any other major "gotchas"!

Show HN: Sunpeak – open-source MCP App SDK

I tried building a ChatGPT App using the new OpenAI UI components and example code, but I found myself writing more platform & testing boilerplate than application code.I built sunpeak so we can skip the boilerplate and get straight to building our ChatGPT (and future Gemini, Claude, etc.) Apps!Would be extremely grateful for a star and some feedback!

I think you're right. I super appreciate the feedback!
Hey there, looks like a neat tool to quickly publish static content! Took me a second to figure out the intent here, there's not much context on the landing page.

Launchpad Stack is a tool for developers to kickstart dynamic, complex, and highly custom software. Looks like we're complementary!

Thanks for flagging that! The intent is that you're welcome (and encouraged!) to use your launchpad as many times as you like, for as many projects as you like.

However, that code will slowly become out-of-date in the form of deprecations, dependency updates, new launchpad features, and a changing tech landscape. If you always want the most up-to-date starting point, that requires another (discounted) purchase, or the ongoing support plan!

Does that make sense?

I'm around and would love to discuss!

Show HN: I built your next webapp, monitoring, and CI/CD for you, on your stack

I got sick of:- Re-writing the same Terraform for the same common AWS infrastructure- Re-writing the same Rails code to build the same webapp- Re-configuring the same monitoring systems & CI/CD pipelines- Spending a week in dependency & configuration hell wiring it all togetherWhen I was launching my first two startups, I wished I had a strong starting point with all of the best...

We use Common Paper for a bunch of our Cloud Service Agreements over at Trigo. Really saved us a ton in time and legal fees! Keep up the great work Jake & Ben!
