I feel your estimate of tokens is a few orders of magnitude off, it’s on the low side.

I use more (albeit cached) when centering a div.

What corruption is there in the civil service?

Isn’t it illegal to pay a corporate entities tax with a personal card?

If it isnt it would be one hell if a headache with reimbursement and the accounting and reporting around it.

Counter to that I’ve seen a £37m contract for a form on gov uk with absolutely no change in process, just going from a letter received to a online form

This goes against Bourdain's experience per his book Kitchen Confidential.

Most new businesses fail, especially in the restaurant industry, where the equity will be worth 0 (maybe even less).

There will always be a constant stream of new restaurants needing a chef and will pay (cash) for their services.

Change restaurants for startups and chefs for programmers.
