The existing law states that a person recognized as transgender “shall have a right to self-perceived gender identity.”
This amendment discards that, with gender identity being verified by the state.
Recognition requires approval from a medical board and consultation with medical professionals, basically getting rid of self declaration.
And, hospitals must report gender-affirming surgery to authorities (!).
It's an unprovoked regression and will reverse years of positive precedent (Supreme Court NALSA 2014, PRIVACY 2017, SEC 377 2018)

+1 for Handy, it's very easy to get running and once it is you don't have to think about it again.

I see the need and I'll probably give it a go, but how does Omnara handle users' data? Do you store my tokens, stuff about my project, etc.?
If I paste in something confidential, and Omnara suffers a breach tomorrow - will my conversation data be a part of it?
