That, or they could try switching up the descriptor:
Tesla Type T
Tesla Version V
Tesla Mark III M
Tesla Ausf. A
>the userland here isn't just GNU
Ah okay. Shame that calling this "GNU/NT 10.0" would not be proper then.
Also there's now a thing called "GNU/NT", or as Microsoft calls it, "Bash on Ubuntu on Windows".
To add to this, Canada in 2008 went through a "parliamentary dispute" that Canada's Governor General played a large part in the resolution of. While the Governor General is pretty much chosen by Canadian ministers in a democratic fashion, on paper the officer is appointed by the Queen and ideally represents her in Canada.
So I do agree that the monarchy has some influence on the Commonwealth, more than just having "the right to be consulted, to encourage and to warn".
When I first heard that multiple players can fight in the same gym battle instance, I got excited with the hope that there might be the conventional raid versus boss combat mechanics present - a main tank, positioning being important, taunts and so on.
Of course gym battles are a lot more simple and fixing the many issues both combat-wise and in general take priority compared to adding such mechanics in.

You mean the "Chrome/Firefox Install Downloader"? But that's a great product for what is was made for!
Even WinForms is still around somehow, though in a "cannot be killed" legacy Form as opposed to WPF having a direct descendant in UWP.
Silverlight, though...
Just do what Japan does and put into place super strict vehicle maintenance and emissions standards...that go into full effect when the car is six or so years old. Though in this case it wouldn't be a truly complete obsolescence, since the owner could just spend more to keep up with the standards.
Indeed, I feel like a combination of the "amazing city sites" being already occupied by city-states as well as how terrain bonuses seemed weaker, especially production bonus terrain, made exploration in 5 less exciting.
He was also chosen to tour and report on post-Second World War Germany due to his experience from similar humanitarian missions he undertook in Europe in the aftermath of the First World War.
Does anyone think that it's possible that there will be another career engineer as POTUS? I've heard that there remains a sort of stigma to such a thing, perhaps in part due to the Hoover administration.
So HN is close to nico (Japanese youtube) and pixiv (Japanese-centric art and fanart site)? Interesting.
A decade ago I was berating myself for my laziness and other personal factors that led me to going to a "backup" in-state tech school instead of the #3-in-nation that I tried for but could not get acceptance.
Now, seeing that the place I could not get into had quadruple the tuition as the in-state and almost double the room and board, I'm starting to believe that perhaps it was for the best that I did not get in that place.
Indeed, I was a little surprised that AJA was both a thing at all and also a thing completely different from AJE. I first discovered AJE while living abroad in a place where the only english news channels were CNN, BBC and AJE, and my impression was that AJE was worthy to stand alongside the other two channels.
World history class taught us that Suleiman's domestic policy was what made him legendary. Much later I learned that he almost took Vienna - essentially the high water mark of the Ottomans. Imagine what the world would have been like if he succeeded...
I think in one of the EU novels (Courtship of Princess Leia) Luke flies the Falcon while using both quadlasers, and if I recall correctly Han mentions that the controls in the cockpit allowed for such a thing but with a major accuracy penalty compared to having actual gunners at the gun stations. I don't recall if Luke was using the Force to make the cockpit quadlaser controls super accurate or if he was just reaching out with the Force to directly operate the controls at both gun stations.
So how should one take a prank like this to the next level? Use abbreviations like Bs and Fu, or even outright spelling out dirty words by discovering and naming a bunch of elements with consecutive element numbers?
So basically a Belgian edition of "Die Macher" (

Though if one were in the mood for a more morbidly entertaining political game, a re-theme of Republic of Rome may be in order. It's also a game of up to six factions trying to be the most powerful at game end...but there's also a crisis every turn that if ignored can cause everyone to lose! You just need to replace "Hannibal at the gates" with some EU 2015 equivalent, and maybe have the "senator (+ legions) in my faction declares himself emperor" action be replaced with "Flemings/Walloons declare independence".
Interestingly, the assassination of Dollfuss caused Mussolini to almost go to war with Nazi Germany. One might wonder what would have happened if tensions remained such that Italy stayed out of the Axis and the war in Europe...
"Hitler will create an army, Hitler will arm the Germans and make war- possibly even in two or three years. I cannot stand up to him alone. We must do something and we must do something quickly." - Mussolini, 1934
Even with the asset stores, have UE or Unity reached the point of being a "one stop shop"? It still seems like an art tool like Blender or Maya is also a required link in the toolchain for anything but the smallest of projects.
"To boost the British economy I'd tax all foreigners living abroad."
I'm disappointed if only because the oral argument for a case like this may have been fascinating - what do the supreme court justices have to say about things computer science? It might turn out like the violent video game ban case from a few years back, when Justice Kagan quipped that she (or rather, he clerks) were familiar with games such as Mortal Kombat. Perhaps she, or her clerks, may also have some experience with Java?
I wonder if Rockstar can sneak in a Lemmings mini game into GTA V without getting sued by Sony.
It's interesting how Russia's tank model numbering scheme seems to have looped around, as if the number were tied to the current year. It would be a little ironic if Russia's next MBT is designated "T-34".
We're coming up to almost a hundred years of tanks, aren't we?
The mental image of members of Congress themselves committing to an official US federal law Github repo is kind of amusing. It would make being on a "committee" take on a whole new meaning...
In the end, it might be fair to say that everyone involved (Linus, Larry and Tridgell) was a git.
I half expect the next hack (prank) that MIT will pull on Harvard would involve the mysterious appearance of a "Ballmer Memorial Launchable Chair" in Harvard's CS building.
Yea, I was wondering where I had heard of Groupon before recently - I assumed that it was due to some of their shady business practices hitting the news - and realized that these were the same guys that sent a recruitment email about a junior Rails dev position to David Heinemeier Hansson.
I like to think, humorously, that the name of the DVCS came about from the BitKeeper mess that ultimately led to the creation of git:
* Andrew Tridgell is a git for reverse-engineering BitKeeper
* Larry McVoy is a git for throwing a tantrum and withdrawing free BitKeeper
* Linus is a git for blaming Trigdell as the cause of Larry's reaction
Personally I think they're all gits.
Also, the British have named a bunch of ships "Nimrod" in centuries past. I think the name has a bit of dignity because of that.
