That sounds interesting, I haven't seen such blogs myself but the concept is exactly what I thought blogging was originally about. Since I am currently still learning as a developer, people around me give me advises like I could spend the time I spent writing articles on learning something new. I am not saying they are correct, sharing my experiences gives me a different form of pleasure. But I was just in the dilemma of whether doing something I like is good when I am still trying to get better at my craft. Thanks for the encouragement :)

I already did. Just wondering if I should continue doing it.

And the shameless plug: here is my amateur blog - https://www.newbiedev.me/
Should junior developers blog about what they learn?
I have always had a dream of having a self-built blog where I share what I learn. Not for any ulterior motives but just to share my experiences, as I do not like the ecosystem social media platforms have built. But now, that I am all setup and have written a few articles, I am concerned if I should be spending time writing articles just for fun. All the "blogging as a career" content out there...
Re:Ask HN: What did you make during lockdown?

I made a CLI to simplify navigating through directories on the terminal. When I started it I did not know about cdd but in the end it did a lot more than that. I use it everyday and would love it if anyone could give a review. I would love it if I am not the only one using it.

I know this a basic project but I also finally started learning web development in this lockdown and target to come back here to talk about a better project than this. Till then, Peace.
