No. This is a new feature that disables all unsigned extensions. It will be in the next version of the normal Firefox. The setting to allow unsigned extensions will be removed in the version after that (or so I've read).
Chrome has done something similar for a few years now, but (unlike Firefox) Chrome allows white-listing extensions via Group Policy.

Which build is that? I don't see it in build 10074. It existed in the pre-Cortana build from last fall, but as far as I can tell, it was completely removed when Cortana was added.
Perhaps it was re-added? Or I'm looking in the wrong spot?
Re:Ebola: Experimental drug ZMapp is '100% effective' in animal trials

It looks like the 18 animals were actually sub-divided into at least three test groups. One test group got the drug after 3 days after exposure, one at 4 days and one at 5 days. So the number of animals in each sub-group is closer to the control.
It wouldn't surprise me if there were actually six test groups of three animals each (perhaps divided by both day-of-treatment and something else like drug amount), thus matching the control. But the article doesn't actually imply that.

I tried it on an iPad just to see the difference and I encountered strange scrolling problems.

That only appears to work through one level. Right now I'm remote-desktoping a physical computer and have a Hyper-V VM open on that. Alt+Home will pass through to the VM only if the remote-desktop session to the host is full-screen.

It's said that other non-gravitationaly-locked galaxies are moving away from us at an ever increasing rate. Over time, distant galaxies will no longer be observable from our galaxy because of how fast they are moving away.
The other galaxies don't really evaporate, but from our perspective the result is the same.
Perhaps that's one possible explanation.
