It’s still gross negligence to place punctuality over safety, regardless of the reasons behind this behaviour.
> The accident from January this year in Spain was also a collision, but because a train derailed, while another train passed it. This can't really be prevented by a current train control system, other then not allowing the derailment to happen in the first place.
Or by putting all the signals to red after the derailment of the first train so as to stop all the circulation on the line, which seems not to be the common practice in Spain unfortunately.
Wait until all the DCF77 clocks around the continent will start to diverge from the official time of the country in which they are located.
It is interesting that a company applied for .roma when .roma.it is already available for registration at the same price as a standard .it domain.
The choice to include Russian is interesting, given the times.
Because Firefox never released its Matchstick.
Wallpapers are probably randomly selected in a small pool of available pictures. I used 3 different Windows laptops today: one was showing the Harry Potter ad and the two others a nice view of Bamberg.
Why is it redirecting to the website of a Romanian IT company?
Edit: it seems it's doing so on Firefox, but not on Edge.
I would say it’s the other way round: being in the common market means that they are already subjected to EU regulations, without having any representation in the governing bodies however.
Maybe they can now move to a .it subdomain, since they are not designated as a terrorist organization in Italy.
Can they block registrations from @private.icloud.com?
I’m in Italy now and I can open the Archive page with the article.

Is this even legal? I mean, is this possibility stated in some terms and conditions that one must accept when purchasing a bond?

Do you recommend any specific distro for this?
"Very old" could mean that they were not up to date. What did they do when the backups didn't match the actual situation at the time of the breach?
> because Russia needed time to update glonass satellites.
Why is this? As leap seconds don’t occur on a regular frequency, I assume they are not hardcoded on the software or hardware on board, but the control centre uploads them on the satellites enough in advance once they have been scheduled. So why can’t the control centre just stop sending those updates?
It looks exactly like what Microsoft already did to its browser engine Trident, which was replaced by Google’s Blink on Edge.
How can a watermark be unremovable?

Why is Microsoft pushing Windows users to use Edge? What does it gain if a user chooses Edge over Firefox or Chrome? Is it just about in-browser ad?

Do you have any good readings to recommend on this topic?
