Try using the official Apple Support App and chatting w them. They should send you a replacement airpod pro the same way you got a cable. They will just place a hold on your card for the amount of the replacement part until you return the defective one. They ship with a pre-filled return label - at least in the US
In order for anything useful to happen in our society, we have to vote. It is now abundantly clear which party values what, and for whom. If we would rather vote based on 'abortion preventing our souls from partying with Jesus in heaven' instead of 'municipal broadband for all residents as a public utility', then we're going to continue to complain about this for another 50 years and beyond.
The problem is that saying this out loud means you're politicizing this problem. Well, it's largely a political problem, otherwise we could get the Federal Government to step in and properly fix this. Legislation in the past with the best intensions was purposely weakened at the last moment to allow billions to be taken from Federal programs that left zero actual improvement or infrastructure development. Guess which party is fighting hardest for such loopholes and promising that corporations can do this better than "big government"?
If we don't get our acts together in November, not having quality Internet access is going to be the least of our problems. Anyway, everyone enjoy going back to business as normal by Easter during the peak of this pandemic. I'm sure that will help as well.
This is pretty awesome! Do you mind if I ask what you use for the video chat piece? Any specific lib?
Well there is good reason they don't want to hear it. It's a stupid idea. The last thing you want is some driver 300 miles away on a computer not paying attention, or with the ability to crash a semitruck, or with the uncertainty that your entire fleet goes down if your network goes down, or if someone finds a weakness in your security and starts crashing all your trucks. I mean whatever moron was responsible for this path in this company (likely the CEO) should be fired and replaced. It looks like at this point they will just end up liquidating this company anyway.
To the person who wrote this, I would suggest SwiftUI is not for you. Please just go back to writing Objective-C or learn some good ol' UIKit. You can then have full control over whatever color you want your buttons to show up as, and where to have them show up, and with whatever padding you like, and as a bonus you can use commas and all kinds of great additional syntax all over the place. (I think what SwiftUI is for, has largely flown over your head).swiftly
