Author here, thank you! They have some more features here[1], but I couldn’t believe that regardless of how much you pay, they still don’t allow you to just have it redirect where you want. You are forced to use their Popl profile. Like you said, just buy an NFC tag for a few dollars that has no limitations.

If you leave your phone unlocked with Google Authenticator / SMS 2fa and a weak master password, you still get popped. The only difference to me in convenience of 2fa code auto fill.

For #1, Multi device support already exists. I can put my phone on airplane mode and still send and receive messages just fine on my laptop
