Sorry to say this but a big part of being a developer is to talk about what you are doing (and how hard it is=). Sadly you can work hard on a backend problem with performance for months and still the guy changing some css, add big color full pictures get more attention and credit.

Even when my fellow coworkers sitt next to me I skype with them instead of talking. Makes it much easier to not be interupted by talk all the time.
Problem with today´s CRM system is that they are based around information about the customers. Data around customers don´t lead to more sales, actives does. Most CRM system is focused on what HAS happend not what was is GOING to happen.
I believe the reason for this is that we started out with papers, just like email started with mail, an inbox and an outbox. Email today is much smarter with conversation history but for a long time and stil today we have in and outboxes. Todays CRM is just a enlargement of the paper based system but with the disadvantage that you have to do the entire structure on how information is stored once you want to change the workflow. That leads to much longer iterations and changing is hard.
If you work in sales ask your self this:
* Does my CRM system answer what I am going to do? Not just your self written todo list, I mean some intelligence like what is the most optimal action for you to do in any given moment.
* How long does it take to change your CRM system to adopt it to your organisation
* Do you still have fields for fax number in your CRM?
* How is knowledge transferred from your top performing sales people to others. Does your CRM system help with that.
CRM system should give more then it takes. It should answer thous questions.
Simple, elegant and to the point. Give me more stuff like this.
Stupid is as stupid does.
The biggest problem is people take the capta image and put it on an other website (free porn or what have you). That way you always have humans solving your captch but you can still spam.

I am not an expert so don´t take my word for it. But I heard that a general role has always been that you have to get to the country you which to have asylum in in order to apply. European union is discussion a banded that rule for Syria but I dont know the status of that decision. An other rule is that you have to apply for asylum in the first country you get into.

When you get visa in any EU country it is easy to move to germany and travel over boarders within EU.
This is great news. Even Google that where a startup started are starting with big business bad manners. All of us know that starting a company is much much easier then it was before and defently not like in the 1950 where you needed a lot of money to get going. All of my worries that google will keep a dominated position on the market is gone. So lets go out there and kill it.
