You are screwed. I lost access to my account, by trying to buy YouTube premium ironically. If Google even tried to help me I would still use them but they don't, so I switched to Proton and use YouTube with VPN only so they get zero ad revenue :)

The actual hotmail email was hacked years ago but doesn't matter in this case, I have a Google account that uses a hotmail email address and I know the password.

I made this account 14 years ago when I was a teenager. I didn't even know my YouTube was tied to this Hotmail Google Account until the past week or that it even existed.

This is a Google account with a hotmail email address and I know the password. The actual hotmail account itself can't help me in this instance.

I have a 14 year old YouTube channel that was linked to a Google account but it uses a Hotmail Address. I know the password but it keeps asking for 2FA phone number, I made the account years ago so obviously I don't have the number or even know what that number is! Without number it says open another device with that account, I don't have have one since its 14 years old!I only lost access...

I can't remember the last time I worked more than 3 hours, being done by lunch time everyday is great. If I work in the afternoon it is just mandatory meetings.

100% agree with these comments. I will never do unpaid on-call, a gas engineer is paid for being on-call, software shouldn't be any different. Its most likely because their are many people in software who will work on call for free, I see it first hand at my current company.

Ask HN: Has anyone succesfully recovered a hacked FB account?
My account got hacked months ago, I was able to change my password shortly after luckily. However, when I login now it always asks me for ID. After submitting it I get a success recovery email with a url to finish the process but the URL is always invalid! What makes it worse is it was hacked via the recovery email which I can't login to remove! Curious if the recovery process is in fact broken...

I'd try it but only if it had good macros like some meal replacement drinks, my diet is like 80% Huel currently, with the rest being free lunch / snacks at work and snacks on the weekend. Originally started on these type of drinks because I was so depressed at one point I could barely motivate myself to eat any more. Ended up staying on them because not only do you save a ton of time but they are good source of protein and calories (I lift) and I've never been one to eat a lot so its helped tremendously. Pill form would be even better just from a time saving perspective.
