Terma has said to danish media that they only developed the hardware, and had nothing to do with the software.
The software might have been outsourced to another company.

I apparently read his post as 1/100.000.
You assume way too much. I highly doubt that federal defendants are 10 times less likely to commit suicide than the general population in USA.
For me personally two is still waaay to low for it to be considered anything but a fluke.
It's diesel. You'd have to heat it before you would be able to ignite it.
But yes :)
As an European Windows Phone user i'm doubting that they are aware that there's a world outside USA.
A lot of features are disabled for no good reason, and the rest of them has no data for Denmark.
For example when you play music on your phone you can set it to show pictures of the artist on the lock screen. On my phone the background just turns red. Also Local scout is disabled, though there aren't any data for it in Denmark anyway...

" If you have a strong password that never gets cracked/leaked/intercepted but you use it everywhere you're still fine, but that's not recommended."
That unfortunately puts a lot of confidence in the security of the sites that you give your password to. Your super safe password is not that safe if a site stores it as plaintext or MD5 and it gets hacked.
Otherwise I agree with your comment.
Also according to their twitter the number listed in the pastebin has been suspended, and they have a new one (not in the pastebin).
