Yes, smugly mocking people's very valid concerns will surely win them over. Don't study the figures, just do as we say!

This article seems well below the usual standards of the BBC. It devolves into a soup of disjointed quotes under strange headings (all H2s) towards the end.
There's almost nothing worth reading here.

Or, the subject of astonishing wealth inequality could be addressed instead of blaming those already struggling.

Unfortunately, "unofficially" doesn't fly in a lot of workplaces. Until MS pluck up the courage and do everyone a favour, IE11 will continue to haunt developers. Now we got Legacy Edge too, whoopee.

Setting the cookies
rweb_optin=off
dnt=1
and then navigating to https://twitter.com/i/directory then your user profile via the settings dropdown (next to [tweet]) seems to set you back to Legacy Twitter permanently without breaking your user agent.

The images are of type .webp which may fail to load in Safari (at least for me), maybe have them in a more accessible format?

The stuff on YouTube is pretty ridiculous, but it did lead me to discover http://www.bbctvlicence.com - an archive of the automated and increasingly aggressive (until the cycle resets) letters TV Licensing inundate non-license holding households with. I've got a personal stack of around 10, I've only lived here half a year.
The BBC doesn't do themselves any favours in winning back non-payees with these tactics.

These notifications can in a way act as a sort of adware. I had family friends who complained of pop ups on their laptop advertising dodgy products. Turned out they'd accidentally dismissed one of these with an OK and was being spammed in the desktop environment via Chrome.
