What gmail really needs to change is the "reply" box. When I'm composing a regular email I get a nice big box in which to type my email. When I'm typing a reply email I just have a little tiny (vertically tiny) box to type my reply. Why?????? So annoying.

Agree with the benefits of having procedures, and great example also - but I'd change one small thing "determine highest performing picture headline combo by CONVERSION RATE". In my experience high CTR images don't always have high conversion rates.

Hmm, Dollar Shave Club got $1M in seed funds... that big warehouse in their promotional video is misleading - makes it seem like they're already far more established than they are - still a great video though!

Just checked out Igor's guide... 122 pages - holy smokes! I agree that a scientific guide... or scientific data, is best.
