Not really, people will just eat more. Gluttony is limited by people's mortality, and their physical abilities. People do get fat even after gastric bypass.

And there are already laws to prevent obese people from boarding a plane. For example you are not allowed to harass people on seat next to you... You must be fit enough to open an emergency exit...

It is just not enforced! Flight assistants get fired if any obese person complains!!

I was stopped from boarding plane because I was a male! We really need a framework for suing for discrimination like that!
