I have the exact same setup. I found Infuse a PITA to begin with. Now it works pretty dang well, even remotely. One big irritation though is the subtitles are always on by default, on Apple TV it's an issue as I can't find a way to disable the default haha! Sometimes there is also a delay between when Jellyfin can play a new video in the browser and when Infuse can play it even though it can see the file.

I do find Infuse significantly better than the Jellyfin apps though.

I wish I could remember but some movies just don’t come to me until I’m half way through again haha
I certainly check the "new" page more than I check the Front Page. FP is a twice a day affair and new is several times through out the day.

Awesome! Thanks so much @asplake! Certainly going to give this a try this weekend.

Ask HN: Screen Recording Recommendations for macOS

I am interested in generating some course material, think Pluralsight/A Cloud Guru style. As such, I will need to record my screen and potentially webcam (shudder). I am looking for recommendations for screen recording apps on macOS.OBS seems to be pretty popular, but it is keen to see what other options are in the market, especially if they're macOS native apps.

Re:Ways to trigger Terraform cloud runs from GitHub on Friday September 24, 2021 @02:08AM (#28639125)
Absolutely does depend on what your use case is. I find for very self contained terraform code it’s fine just to use the VCS-driven workflow, but when you have either a lot of inter-dependency or template driven terraform code using something like API/CLI-driven is ideal.
