Most H1b visa workers are low skilled and are treated as commodity.
Its their own fault because there will always be a market for low skilled professionals.

This is possible only if the H1b worker is unskilled or I would say he is a commodity.
What you have said in the comment is not applicable for competent professionals.

Most startups here are just making generic product.What are the reasons?lack of talent ? lack of funds ? lack of diversity ? less representation of older people and women ? Poor labour laws ?
