It isn't a startup. It's a project some people have invested their own time, with very few expectations.

It's working for me now.
It does look similar.
Re:Convert any image to HTML5 canvas on Sunday August 26, 2012 @04:50AM (#4434692)
What's the point of this? You can do it with drawImage as well. Guessing you didn't know about that?

Re:Cirplosion - An HTML5 canvas game on Saturday November 26, 2011 @12:53PM (#3280269)
Oh. Right. I'll change it tomorrow. I'd appreciate it if you guys would actually 'Like it' if you liked the game. This is in for a Mozilla's Dev Derby competition.
Re:http://(Type any keyword here).jpg.to on Sunday November 20, 2011 @01:07AM (#3257426)
Probably because it's a gif file.
Yeah, weirdly there wasn't a reply link on your post greenale. Thanks, I got F3K7JNAXWHMF.
No, it was free. 9 or 8 days ago.
Re:Poll: Your preferred music for working? on Thursday October 27, 2011 @08:54AM (#3162784)
Where's Alternative Rock? That's what I'm listening to most of the time. Sometimes it's Metal or just Rock. Sometimes it's nothing.
Re:How BigIntegers work in JavaScript on Sunday October 23, 2011 @01:07PM (#3146602)
Well, yeah, of course. But only an idiot would use a BIGInt for small numbers.
Re:Ask HN: Non-technical people, how did you learn to code? on Saturday September 17, 2011 @12:09PM (#3008347)
Just a tiny little suggestion if you don't personally know anyone who can help you code, try a good website. StackOverflow.com is a pretty awesome Q&A site with lots of smart guys on there. Just make sure you do Google stuff first and don't ask questions without showing that you've actually done some research on your own.
Re:Better Volunteering for Web Geeks on Saturday September 17, 2011 @11:49AM (#3008280)
I'd like to be involved. I write JavaScript (including canvas, but not WebGL and other 3D stuff) and HTML for the most part, and I can write PHP, but don't have much experience in it. Based in India, by the way.
Hahahahaha. I agree with there never being a truly original idea, but there are ideas that the original developer can take credit for, unlike me, since I'm copying the concept right out.
Thanks. That's what I was going to do, but then I thought I should at least link to the original game and give the developer some credit. I should do that in the credits page or something like that, right?
Re:Ask HN: What are you hacking on? on Tuesday September 06, 2011 @08:04AM (#2965199)
Wow, that sounds great! Make sure to share the results with everyone here on HN!
Re:Ask HN: Who is Hiring? (August 2011) on Saturday August 06, 2011 @10:42AM (#2853938)
Cool. How long will you need the full time commitment thing for? I'd like to intern, if not work for you, because I have a 6 month vacation-like thing coming up.

Okay, sure. :D

Re:Ask HN: Who is Hiring? (August 2011) on Monday August 01, 2011 @12:12PM (#2832897)
What's the youngest applicants are allowed to be? I'm 14, do I qualify? I've applied without a resume (because I don't have one), but would you guys actually consider a 14 year old?
Re:Our Google.IO HTML5 Game: Popstar Defense on Saturday July 02, 2011 @08:43AM (#2721537)
Hangs at connecting for me. Using 14.0.797.0 (Official Build 89638) dev on Ubuntu 11.10. And no, I didn't have the code, but cracking the MD5 in the source wasn't so hard. :D I did it only because the static....sdf.sdf.sd.f link hung on connecting everytime. :/

EDIT: HOW COULD I BE SO DUMB?! I DIDN'T READ THE ENTIRE POST, AND HENCE DIDN'T SEE THAT I DIDN'T NEED TO CRACK THE MD5 TO GET THE CODE iohtml5! WHY GOD, WHY?!!?
