This is excellent and exactly the motivation I need to keep hustling to stay independent.

You can't make a similar article because foreign investments are tighly controlled except for cases where business processes or IP can be studied and eventually expropriated.

No investment fund in the west would be able to just walk into China and start buying up real estate, infrastructure, and large private enterprises.

I've had my 9560 for about a year and love it as well. I run Ubuntu on it flawlessly.

Does publishing YouTube programming videos and career advice count as social media?
Re:A Clojure learning journey on Monday February 19, 2018 @08:16AM (#16412649)
Any suggestions for someone who's a competent developer, and an excellent communicator with a knack for explaining things to a non-technical audience?

Would you share info about how you transitioned out of coding? I'm looking to do the same.

The couple now accuses Gevers, who also invested in the ICO, of helping himself to an outsize bonus from the proceeds. Gevers remains the foundation head, and is poised to emerge from the conflict as the unexpected winner, as finews.com reported last week.

I was thinking the same thing. I just got an Ethereum certification but I don't want to just develop Solidity contracts at an hourly basis that just get hacked after I leave.

Would the resources in the original post be worth looking into to build secure contracts?

I'm non-white and live in Eastern Europe. I love the humor here. :-D

So Eastern European.

I was at an Elastic conference in Poland where there were all sorts of ads which would be considered offensive here. Like one depicting a Native American chief in full head dress spouting some vague Indian-ish proverb with a tech slant.

We as a civilization are two missed meals away from chaos. When that happens, there will be those who eat and those who starve.

Laws are just there to compress the variance of outcomes. Where as in the past you would've starved, today you just struggle to get by.
