One difference is sound can only travel through a medium, so that bit is always implied. Not so with light.

I believe what you are looking for is called a multi-WAN router. More specifically, one with a failover function.
Anyone able to tell if the study was funded by the device manufacturer?

Ask HN: Has anyone tried Creation Crate?

Just had an ad for Creation Crate[1] pop up on my feed. Looks like a fun way to learn some more electronics, beyond the one class I took in college. Anyone tried it who can give some feedback on it?[1] https://www.creationcrate.com/courses/electronics

This has been studied. A beard does compromise the seal, but to a lesser extent on n95s than in other masks:

Is this really "mandatory" or rather just "opt-out?" My understanding is that it can still be disabled...
Is the source code available? It would be interesting to apply this to reporting on other topics.

As far as suggestions, it would be great to see an explanation of each problem when hovering over it in the text. Also, the colors for the "Object", "Counterfactuals", and "Accident" problems are difficult to distinguish for color-deficient individuals.

Unfortunately with comingling of inventory in Amazon warehouses you'd still end up with counterfeits.
