Tip: If you want honest answers about how long it took, ask them after they've been hired and working there for a few weeks. Otherwise they will absolutely lie.

"That? Oh, it was no big, probably 20-30 minutes."

I'm not sure if asking after getting hired would make a difference. They may lie even more, you don't want to be seen as a newbie to your coworkers
