You can see the pattern with smaller fractions too:

1/89 = 0.0 1 1 2 3 5...

1/9899 = 0.00 01 01 02 03 05 08 13 21 34 55...

1/998999 = 0.001 002 003 005 008 013 021 034 055 089...
