Try Runscope (disc: founder) for that. Paw is my favorite desktop app but we are purpose built for automated testing and monitoring.

Thanks for the pointer, but that's not quite what I need. I don't need performance monitoring, I need regression testing.

You can do a whole slew of functional tests and as a bonus you can use those same tests for monitoring if you want.
