Transman here... I don't know if the tech is here yet or not, but I'd love to see a double-sided toy that responded on one side to sensations from the other side. For example, my girlfriend could give me a handjob, or what not, that I could feel.

Why would you need your girlfriend to do it? You can just auto tune it for maximum pleasure.
