My friend had that and they fixed it for him in about an hour at the local apple store. Take it in since it is just a few months old, it will be covered for sure.

Thanks, but that laptop is gone now :)

I was pretty sure it was an easy fix, I was just traveling so much I never really had a chance to take it in for a fix.

I recommend AppleCare for their laptops. Normally product insurance is a scam but I've had issues with 3 mac laptops so far (still love 'em though).
