Itβs great to see IPython here. I think Mathematica is missing a huge opportunity in this area by being proprietary and by not providing a JavaScript implementation of the CDF player.

if they provide such an implementation and allow others to freely modify/adapt, them they can get more competitors, so is a risky business.
