AWS for everything: EC2 with VPC's, S3/CF, Load balancer, OpsWork, running on Ubuntu 14.04.

Then Ansible, Git, Nginx, Varnish, Redis, Angular and Bootstrap. And CloudFlare for DNS/CDN/optimization/DDoS protection.
