Where is this located? I'm not seeing any geographical boundaries to give me a sense of where I'm looking.

In Chrome on Linux, I see a map of Europe. In Firefox, I just see the wind vectors and no underlying map.

I'm pretty sure it is Europe. If you mouse over the greenish parts, individual countries are highlighted.

Looks like the British Isles. Not sure what happened to the rest of Europe.
