Do you think it's because it's a more stable/easier to fly platform?
My uncle used to be an avid R/C plane enthusiast (even has a small R/C only airfield named after him). Built and flew decent sized aircraft for decades, even put video on quite a few. But damn if they aren't hard to fly.
