No reservation site is slick. Hotels get the closest, but opentable, etc. are all pretty rudimentary without much innovation from 10 years ago.

OpenTable is extremely easy to use and functional, even on a phone. I wish the whole internet was like that.

Hipmunk does a great reservation system for flights.
