I'm impressed at the closure based pagination as a novel way to solve a problem.

Unfortunately, the user experience is quite unpleasant. I hit expired pagination links several times a day. You guys can do better.

I use http://hckrnews.com/ only to avoid this problem.

Same for me! As I said in another comment I use that [1]. Which makes the whole experience perfect for me. (Bigger letters, flat design, and stuff..)
