One thing I'd love is for the PDF to have a TOC. It would be great to have when opening on my iPad in iBooks!

It has both a "printed" TOC starting at the end of the first page, and a PDF TOC which should be visible to iBooks.

All 3 PDF files have a TOC - at least Evince is able to show me one in its sidebar.
