This would go directly against one of the statements and some of the company policies stated on the website. On the 'Learn More' page,

"At PikLuk, we value your privacy and that of your children. To that end, we: Do not market to your children."

The very young and the very old are much more likely to click on ads because they are less likely to differentiate between advertisements and content.
