Where do we start? Lets see:

Apple v/s New York City over 'GreeNYC' logo : http://www.widespotlight.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/gree...

Apple v/s Victoria School of Business and Technology over this logo : http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/95/Victoria_...)

Apple v/s Woolworths Limited over this logo - http://www.topnews.in/files/Woolworths.gif

Apple v/s Amazon for the use of "App"

And let's not talk about the abuse of Rounded Corners (TM)(R)(C)

Oh yes, those logos were so very close to Apple logo.

Common bully behavior is worse then propitiatory software madness.
