A couple questions for those that have been on any single medication for a sustained period: 1 Have you found that you need to increase your dosage at a stable rate to maintain the same effectiveness? 2 How are you now when you are off the medication e.g If you are on vacation and do not need to 'buckle down' do you still feel a need to take the medication just to feel like yourself?
