Rippleweb moved quickly to help me recover; the rest of the down time was due to a faulty cross-connect. All customers get one month of credit for this, as this has been a rough month (and we are not entirely out of the woods yet.) On the upside, we have avoided renumbering. Neal has survived the baptism by fire, and we can expect prgmr.com services to improve in reliability now that I have help again.
