We want to maintain it for sometime till its stable enough to be available as a self hosted solution. Btw, how much would you pay for a self hosted version?

If it worked the way I wanted, I'd probably pay $70 for a self-hosted solution. If it were absolutely what I needed with upgrades included for 2-3 years, maybe I'd pay up to $150. And if certain feature updates were intriguing enough I might pay another amount to get 2.0 version and so forth.

I use pancakeapp, I love it. I bought it and then bought the upgrade a year later. The price is fair, the software is great, very useful.
