Would you rather I play your game at all (I have an email address), or not (I don't have a Facebook account)?
Even if I still had a Facebook account, I would prefer email. Facebook doesn't need to know everything about me.
As incision points out, I'm more likely to try it if I don't have to sign in at all. If I want to save my state I can give you an email or a made up ID then.
