It's there. The latency tables show the standard deviation, as well as the maximum latency.

There is a column labeled 'errors' for this, but basically only Lift and Phreeze had errors.

OP means 'error bars' in the sense of giving and idea of the accuracy of the measured value (e.g. standard deviation, standard error).
