Not that I recall. They only used voice commands when on a starship and communicating with the "main computer." I don't even think they used voice commands on shuttle craft.

In DS9/Voyager, the shuttlecraft have talking computers. On occasion, they use comm badges to execute remote commands like having the computer use the shuttle's short range transporter to beam them back into the shuttle.
